Are your products original and sealed?
Yes. All products offered at Akashi Cards are original TCG products from reputable sources.
Sealed products are delivered unopened and in their original condition.
Are boosters or other products being weighed?
No. All products are sold in their original condition. We do not weigh boosters or tamper with sealed products. This ensures that every customer has the same chance of receiving rare cards.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery time is generally 3–7 business days.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Generally, orders placed by 2 PM will be processed and shipped on the same day. 📦
This excludes pre-orders / pre-order products.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Every order is carefully and securely packaged.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and the order value.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout once items are in the shopping cart.
What does preorder mean?
When you pre-order, you reserve your product before it is shipped.
The item is not yet in stock or will be released at a later date.
This way, you secure your product early before it sells out.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product is in stock.
You can find the estimated shipping or release date directly on the respective product page. 📦
What happens if I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?
If your order contains both pre-orders and immediately available items, they will be shipped together once all items are available. 📦
This helps us avoid double shipping costs.
If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer secure and common payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, and others.
All payments are processed through certified payment providers.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, provided the legal requirements are met.

Do you offer voluntary returns?
Yes! In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you a 30-day return policy – provided the products are unopened & originally sealed.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
Are sealed products excluded from withdrawal?
Yes. Sealed trading card game products are excluded from revocation once opened (Section 312g German Civil Code).
As long as the products are originally sealed, either the statutory right of revocation or our voluntary 30-day return policy applies.

Is there a local store?
No. Akashi Cards is an online store only and not a physical retail store.
